The Workplace has been named Best Meeting Space in Hood County by Hood County News for 2026, our third year in a row.
When we won in 2024, it was humbling. When we won again in 2025, it meant something deeper. Winning a third time in 2026 tells us that Hood County keeps showing up, keeps using the space, and keeps choosing us over every other option in Granbury. That’s not something we take lightly.
The Best of Hood County contest is voted on directly by the community. No panel, no judges, no paid submission. Just Granbury residents deciding what’s worth recommending to their neighbors. Three years running, they’ve recommended us. Thank you.

What We’ve Built
When The Workplace opened at 307 W. Pearl Street, the idea was simple: give Hood County professionals a meeting space that actually works. Not a hotel conference room with a mandatory catering package and a three-hour minimum. Not a coffee shop on the Square with nowhere private to take a call. A real, professional space available by the hour, with everything set up and ready to go when you walk in.
Three years of this award tells us that gap was real and that what we built to fill it has earned the community’s trust. We’re proud of that and we’re not done making it better.
Our Meeting Rooms
If you’re discovering The Workplace for the first time through this award, here’s what we offer at 307 W. Pearl Street in downtown Granbury, one block from the Historic Granbury Square:
The Boardroom seats up to 10 and includes 360 video conferencing, a whiteboard, and gigabit WiFi. Available at $50/hour, $150 for a half-day, or $300 for a full day.
The Training Room is Granbury’s only dedicated training room, seating up to 20 with a 4K laser projector, large whiteboard, and gigabit WiFi. Configures classroom-style, U-shape, or boardroom. Available at $50/hour, $175 for a half-day, or $350 for a full day.
The Private Office Meeting Room seats up to 4 and is ideal for client calls, depositions, and confidential small-group meetings. Available at $20/hour (2-hour minimum) or $140 for a full day.
All three rooms are open to members and non-members alike. No membership required to book. Coffee and drinks are always included. Free parking on site.
